How it Works!

Step 1:  Free Phone Consultation
Buying a property or home is a large financial and possibly  emotional decision and we will discuss your objectives, needs and goals.   

Step 2:  Get Loan Pre-Approval

In this highly competitive environment having a very compelling offer is important.  Having a Pre Approval gives peace of mind to the Seller that the transaction Can and Will go through.  Your offer will be more attractive over an offer that only has a Pre-Qualification or none at all.

We strive to have your offer be the most compelling offer that the seller considers.

Step 3:  Search for a Home
There are many resources online to locate properties for sale.  Zillow, Redfin and Realtor.com    These sites will also provide times that an Open House will be held.   In many cases we can even arrange a private showing.  

Step 4:  Making an Offer

Now that you have found your property it is time to make an offer.  We will contact the other agent, get disclosures and inspections, review these and help develop an offer, present the offer, and most importantly negotiate on your behalf to get the best value.

Step 5:  Complete the Sale

Our staff will work with you to complete the transaction.  Finally, at closing you will either receive our Rebate or if preferred sent after closing. (depending on Lender requirements)

** Rebate is increased by 10% for repeat clients.  Must have closed transaction in prior 12 months.
